Angel Hair Pasta with Zucchini, Mushrooms and Beef

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef

1/4 c. olive oil

1 clove garlic

1 onion, chopped

3 zucchini, sliced thin

parsley to taste

1-8 oz. can tomato sauce

16 oz. can whole tomatoes, quartered

basil to taste

1 bay leaf

1 c. fresh or canned mushrooms

9 oz. angel hair pasta

Brown ground beef, drain, remove from pan and set aside. In frying pan, saute 1/4 c. olive oil, garlic, onion, and zucchini until tender. Add ground beef, tomato sauce, tomatoes, basil, bay leaf and mushrooms. Simmer for 30 minutes or until everything is heated through. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Pour sauce over pasta. Remove bay leaf. Serve with warm bread.
